My team is rocking over here and I have decided to move to San Diego to open another branch of CC Solutions there.

My business model is specing construction materials and designing rooms then ordering custom furniture and window treatments.

I informed them via email after I put this post up asking them pretty much the same question, so hopefully tomorrow they will also have a solution.  

Property that has been purchased with the primary intent of immediate resale (yes, fix n flips as they are traditionally understood) does not qualify for1031 treatment.  

Any solutions you guys have seen?

More of the same is probably not the solution.

The good part is it's easy to overcome the legal issues, the bad part is 95% of the people on here only talk about those solutions 5% of the time, they like to bully.

Also as described above rental vs flips could have different treatments.

I have 2 rentals on a well, so I now have added responsibility of water PROCUREMENT and water TREATMENT.

I wouldn't recommend that if you can find a better solution, though, unless you are targeting investors.Another thing you could try is limiting showings to one day a week, and assure her that there will be an agent present with each buyer.
