There do appear to be stains on the rubber gasket which you can see in the other thread I posted, and even a special spray I bought that works for most people didn't work for me.

If you're concerned about that review being at the top going in to the busy season, have some friends and family rent your place at special rates (I think $20 is the min) and have them leave reviews to bump that bad one down the list.

I doubt anyone from the Govt is going to show up and bust your chops for it, but the banks might eventually catch wind of what's going on and say, "hey, this guy is sort of messing with the terms of this special deal" and refuse to do any more loans of that nature.
