Think of a tool like FollowUpBoss, but for PMC's and MF professionals, instead of realtors.We wanted to create something that can aid a standard PM software, and help PMC's expand thier portfolio without having to onboard a bunch of agents, automating the entire leasing process.Do you think a tool like this is needed?

I feared I would mess something up and make a catestrophic mess of my investment. 

That being said, I think there might be an opportunity for this program to be expanded as the the politicians seem to finally be understanding that they need to do something to fix the lack of supply of new construction homes and I'm thinking this program may end up being a part of their solution.I've tried finding some real meat/details on the program but all I can seem to find is the broad strokes at a really high level. 

You may also be able to simply QCD the property in your LLC but you run the risk of the current lender calling the note due because of the transfer. 

Any tips or opinions on this topic would be much obliged!

If you have an accepted contract, the only thing I would really worry about is copies of all leases.If you are still underwriting and thinking of offering, the price is going to be more dictated based on your own knowledge and idea of what you can do with the property, versus what the seller financials state. 

This property has double the price value in 2 years.
