We take pride in our work, are detail oriented and leave our sites cleaner than we find them.

In my previous life I did site design for a few automated car washes.  

@Russell Brazil is a great resource in the DC area and knows which neighborhoods will get you your moneys worth versus the ones that are charging high prices just because its Northwest DC. 

2 totally different worlds.If looking to buy a business look on bizbuysell.comThat is Loopnets sister site for businesses being sold rather than properties.

I am struggling to find resources on how to write this letter.
