Contacting owners. Need advice
I have found a potential deal here in Denver. The property is owned by an LLC and was purchased for less than $25,000 back in 1998. I found contact information on the owner of the LLC and want to send a letter stating my interest in buying the property.
My partner and I already have buyers. If i can get the owner interested in selling my partner will put in an offer for our buyer since he is a licensed real estate agent.
I am struggling to find resources on how to write this letter. Anybody have any tips on how to word this.
I would think go straight to the point?
How much detail should I put in the letter?
Or should it be something simple as Hi My name is Dean and i am interested in buying your property at 123 Main St. Would you be interested in selling? Attach my contact information and leave it at that?
