Since the large majority of attorneys you will find willing to do that might do 1-8 IRA LLC's per year, don't count on them being engaged or well versed in these areas.

Once you are ready to actually start investing, the first step is to engage a lender and an agent in your area.

Are they going to stretch to discipline engaging with wholesalers in general if a seller complains about the transaction, only to find out a realtor was involved with the buy?

What I meant was that in the event of a breakdown, getting a ride to work or to any critical meeting or other engagement is reliable and straightforward.

In the future, for larger claims, you should engage the services of a LICENSED public adjuster to represent you, which will then allow you to shop out the contractor of your choice to do the work and makes that work independent of the insurance claim amount.
