Hi everyone,

Lets keep this short and sweet! Rugs or vinyl flooring in the bedrooms of my rental?  Its a B level property in a up and coming area in Buffalo NY. I am concerned about value and longevity; I just want a product that lasts and looks great without breaking the bank!

For a rental, I would stick with the carpets in the bedrooms. They are relatively a quick and easy change out if you need to plus they help with the noise from one unit to another.
