My heart skipped a beat with excitement when I heard this.

On the note of action here's where I'm at in my journey...I have lived in my primary residence for nearly seven years and have significant equity in it.

And I definitely don’t need to get off on the wrong foot with my first rental.

A 1031 exchange is definitely in my plans as I look to scale and optimize my portfolio.

I’m debating if this is worth it in the long run because If I do then I get them paid off earlier but at the same time I could be using that extra money to expand my portfolio and buy more houses .
