If you can deal with a little ghetto-ness you can find some good deals around here, 2 bed/1bath houses on the east side can be had for 40k and rent for $850-900.

He deals with the customer , and he does the job (no middle-man here!!)

My opinion is that it's "pocket-y" East of Troost.

I have rentals in Prosser, Grandview and Sunnyside....but that's about as far east as I go!

I have heard insurers on the east coast wont insure a house with this type panel.
