Would a line of credit be seen as a debt when the underwriter is reviewing your finances?

This you need an experienced lender expert to review all your income, assets and the note on the second.

If the items left behind are valuable like cell phone charges, bluetooth speakers etc, I go out of my way to get them returned.Only once has a guest decided they didn't want their shirt, jacket, charger, speaker, makeup bag, backpack, Switch controller etc back.This is the kind of good customer service that gets you the 5 star reviews.

They are interested in doing a bit more homework (we haven't entered into any sort of written partnership agreement yet, but they have asked for the street addy to review the idea).

On the last offer the broker-in-charge reviewed the documents asking for asbestos, lead-free paint disclosures to be signed and submitted for a brand new home.
