Plus, they do not take into account interior finishes.

But I do know that both the interior and exterior need to be painted.I would replace all of the carpet with luxury vinyl, except for the bathroom and maybe the front room that has the laminate wood.Should I replace that brown fan?

i found a home 2 bed 2 bath, 960sqf, garage, for 73k that needs some cosmetic work (interior & exterior) nearby homes go for 120k-150k. 

I found a house that looked to be $15,000 under the comp houses, but it needs interior/ exterior paint, all new flooring, drywall, unfinished basement, three bathrooms, and a kitchen.  

@Jana Brinlee If you have a quality product, priced right, and interior  displayed by good pictures you will get 10-15 leads a day on a property. 

I have a full home inspection report that I can gladly share to anyone that wants to help me :)Basically, the units interiors are pretty easy fixes, but there is also mold inside some of the units.

We have a bunch of 26 year old interior units and our maintenance guys fix them and replace parts because we do not want to convert the full system to 410 until the outside units fail.
