But I do know that both the interior and exterior need to be painted.I would replace all of the carpet with luxury vinyl, except for the bathroom and maybe the front room that has the laminate wood.Should I replace that brown fan?

We have a bunch of 26 year old interior units and our maintenance guys fix them and replace parts because we do not want to convert the full system to 410 until the outside units fail.
