Project Estimating for new investment property or personal home.

I found a house that looked to be $15,000 under the comp houses, but it needs interior/ exterior paint, all new flooring, drywall, unfinished basement, three bathrooms, and a kitchen.  I'd like a good source for project estimating.  One source said drywall sq ft / 9 = how many drywall sheets x $30.00 for example.
