Some cities are opposed to STRs due to the lobbying of massive hotel chains.

I mean a flight hotel and T&E will be a couple grand.

Then give them 2 weeks to decide and if they stay, explain to them that this is not a high end hotel, it is a rental home.

Airbnb did not work well for my fellow investors due to Savannah’s hotel laws and from the tourist seasons in general. - It’s a gorgeous city and I’m looking at investing again soon, perhaps in multifamily.

Not every STR is hotel zoned, some are apartment zoned.  

Will you move the tenant to a hotel and pay for that while the invisible mold is removed?

Good for restaurants and hotels.   

Even that wasn't a huge deal, got flight night before and hotel...

Do you know a way I could look at the success rate of apt/hotel bookings vs cabins?
