What I mean is if I show up in court and they bring their November payment but by then they would be behind for November and December.

I also want parents to have the option to back out in 2-5 years if for whatever reason they no longer feel comfortable or want to invest somewhere else.We would prefer the loan from the parents.

It would be my first investment property and I’d like to get a feel for it before handing it to somebody else.

I do have customer service background working in high end restaurants in Orlando for 8 years (getting food shopped all the time and passing with 100%) and feel I would be an excellent asset to someones property in it becoming a successful STR.
