The news cycle and facebook algorithms will just feed you both real and inflated/fake information because that's what they think you want to see.

The property is new construction in a very promising area with a great school district and it's under contract.  

Just remember.........no matter what CIVVL "promises" NOBODY can evect anyone in the U.S. for nonpayment of rent until after the Eviction Moratorium ends December 31st. 

I keep getting promises of "by Friday" and then nothing.

Their DIY service comes with an optional IRS audit protection, and they promise to defend their clients if necessary.

These requesters never respond back when I engage them and they usually have super fake sounding names/details. .   

We made some improvements and promises that encouraged the tenants in each unit to sign a new 12-month lease.

@Robert Ellis I plan on investing in Multi-family (2-4 units to start) as my investment strategy is cash flow focused but I look for properties in areas that I feel have promising appreciation potential.
