There will always be people on the edge or skirting the law, just like the crazy drivers that blow past you on the highway doing 100+ mph. i think the overall safety is better than you give credit to.

and i guess the banks asked for more money.. he ended up closing on the house for 670 and told me im no longer getting 50 thousand .. because the house acceptable offer went up 50 grand.. obviously this made me mad so thats when i revoke my power of attorny and told him i wont sign if he doesnt give me some money and more time in the house....so he agreed he gave to 10 thousand, 2 months and he said when u move i will pay ur moving truck and 1 month rent and security for wherever im going.. i told him i would need those 2 months so my kids can finish up school and so i can have time for a garage sale.. he was fine with that because he was still in the process of selling his house anyways... i just want more money and the most expensive things i own are the apliances and fixture. so i will try again we have a meeting tomorrow or sometime this weekend. hopefully ill push him and get him to let me sell them we shall see
