They have a new development offering right now that I am evaluating.Has anyone here invested or worked with them?

We are considering transferring the title of our new rental into an LLC partnership.

Partnering with your GC can be beneficial, especially if you're new to flipping.

It is not bad to bring in new blood to a podcast, while I have not listened to the podcast in years,just looking at the profiles of the old and new it appears the new host has a lot more experience than prior hosts. 

I know less than nothing about new construction loans for duplexes, let alone how to operate up there, in what is essentially a Pennsylvania suburb of Youngstown, Ohio.

They are new and can't provide verification of student success. 

It needs two sets of new stairs, new doors and paint throughout so i was hoping 15k would cover it.

Besides this, rather boring, pastime of writing code, I also happen to be extremely passionate about real estate, more specifically multifamily and I decided to launch a new project to develop an MVP of software solution that is tailored to the needs of property managers. 

Can you end the lease and get new tenants in at market rents?
