I just wanted to extol the virtues of facebook. 

Post it on facebook, talk about it at the gym, tell your church friends, bring it up in the office, etc.

The Augusta REIA meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Columbia County Library (Facebook is the best place to keep track), and another group called AORE (The Art of Real Estate) meets at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion on the 2nd Saturday of each month. 

I'm originally from Manchester, NH, and was lured to CA by what seemed like an innocent friend request on Facebook from a girl I went to high school with 26 years earlier; but had never spoken with in the two years we went there together (there was plenty of checking out, though). ;-) Fast forward seven weeks + 3,000 miles, and my California residency began!

Thing about the bleeding hearts is they cry foul right up until it's their money on the line.I posted this photo on Facebook & have some kid going nuts so I said hey man you can pay the rent of any tenant you like & we won't evict them.

After i added the Homer Simpson Flare I funded some Instagram and Facebook target marketing to try and create a buzz.

It should be out on Zillow/Hotpads/etc. all the online rental aggregators, Craigslist, any local rental Facebook groups or other local rental sites, maybe even the PennySaver want ads, as well as an old fashioned "for rent" sign in the yard, maybe including flyers with details.

I look at Facebook and Craigslist and have also reached out to other local parks.
