Question about accessing equity

Robert Newburn
Posted
I live in the Dallas-Ft.Worth area and own five single family rentals. I want to access my equity and want to know if the way that I envision this is possible. I would like to access the equity in a line of credit for the purpose of issuing hard money loans. I would like to be able to draw on the line of credit as I am issuing the loans and quickly repay my lender when the hard money is paid back. I hope I am being clear, I do not want to make loan payments if the funds are not being actively in a hard money loan.
