Living in a small town in Florida, even in great neighborhoods you will come across homes stripped of appliances, fixtures,cabinets, kitchen sinks, A/C and water systems, even pool screens if the house has been empty long enough.

A guy has been rehabbing this property near my old neighborhood (aka, in a neighborhood somewhere between blue collar and ghetto, call it a C area) in his spare time, and before he got finished it was vandalized.

@Jr C. the only person who knows for sure is the moron who created the question without being more specific.Lacking clear direction, I would include or not include the depreciation as best benefited me.

While my 4plex is in a "C" neighborhood, I like it to be the nicest place on the block.

Why wouldn't a US corporation that is a C corporation work for Canadian investors?
