Price Per Unit
Hi everyone,
If the rental income is 500 per unit per month, what should be price per unit? All utilities are paid by the tenants except trash and lawn care. Assuming C building, B area and under 24 units.

I would concur I would want to be in for 25-30 a unit. Using the 50% rule for expenses that is a 10 cap rate @ 30K a unit.
