Hi BP,I own 2 rental properties in Baltimore MD and i am first having trouble deciding on whether to place them in an LLC or not (I plan to slowly scale and house hack a new property once a year).

These markets are what we would call D class; Hartford, Waterbury, parts of New Haven, Bridgeport. 

Also, while it's great to target specific tenant types in your area, don't limit yourself to those tenants.

You can use it as collateral if you want.There are also other loan options available for new construction.

Sounds like your target market (or guest avatar) is fisherman/outdoorsy vacationers.

I decided it was going to be too big of a hassle for when I go to sell it to actually close out the first loan and allow my new buyers to get their loan and not have title in hand.
