These storms are easier to weather if you're buying at a discount.

For everyone else, keep your discussions around the job, family, softball, weather and whatever other safe topics there are.  

In fact when it is clearly stated that you are interacting with a bot, it sets certain expectations in the client's mind where they know they cannot really ask a real estate chatbot "how is the weather like?" 

Something affordable but that is waterproof and scratch resistant.

Never had a problem with either, although the Defiant is a bit more pick-resistant, and harder to drill out as well.

I could see no resistance to bonuses, but penalties seems like there may be quite a few objections... 

@Keegan SchaubKeegan, Other than times and places around local Ski resorts, the Summer is the main tourist season.Skiing is weather dependent which is variable, so that season is short within the winter.just IMHO.Cheers,Buddy
