Waterproof Vinyl Flooring Recommendation

I need to renovate a rental I just bought. New baseboard trims, painting and floors. I want to replace the whole floor and I want to use vinyl planks. So I need help finding the best vinyl planks for rental properties. Something affordable but that is waterproof and scratch resistant. Something that will take a beating from a tenant.

@Olufemi Olusanya I’ve had good luck with DuraLux. We bought Rigidcore before and we returned it.
