@Sally Fairchild I’m going to go with the idea that they are appealing to people that want more $ in their pockets, therefore need bigger pockets to hold the $ and they are pretty funny, so you know... it’s kind of shall we say.. cute and funny.

This means they can appeal to the courts and easily get up to 6-months free.

It is highly appealing to me with my background and so I am consuming as much knowledge as I can this week to build out my blueprint.

This is the timing for an auction I am following in Madrid: 1) Bank goes to court to foreclose on the property in 2015. 2)By September 2018 the property is listed to be auctioned. 3) The auction results were contested in 2018, appealed.

However, these are things that most investors look for because they won’t appeal to regular home buyers.

I don't really care for allentown because its not my preffered demographic, the outlying areas are more appealing.

I am reluctant to taking out addition mortgages in my own name which is why creating an LLC is appealing.

However, the fourth picture in the far corner below the left window, that looks like mold to me.I recommend hiring a mold inspector to do a visual/instrumental inspection and sample areas where mold is identified if any is.
