For the last couple years I've been building small apartment buildings which lets me avoid the high purchase prices.

I looked at 6 houses with solar last year. 4 were so bad that I couldn’t buy the house. 1 was kinda bad and one was reasonable. 

The last new lease I signed in December took us from $2000/month to $2300/month.

Hello,Would like to get some feedback on a situation I’ve had come up in the last couple days. 4 unit condo, I own 1 unit and attached parking garage space.

And lastly, is this a duplex, tri our quad?

Last I checked, it was like 15% moving in, but 8% or 9% moving out. 

@David Bardwell I know I’m a little late to the party since this was posted last year but do you know if there is any more upcoming meet ups.

The last 12 months aren't going to predict the next 12, and more or less next 120-240 months which is probably the minimum period to invest in. 

I started a real estate business with $5k in savings last year, and I didn't use all of it (keep in mind that I had business experience).But... you've got to hustle like crazy. 

@Jerryll Noorden also apologies in advance because I had a pull back this last month on spending a dime because my dad  who is battling cancer and early dementia just decided to move here by me in Alabama because he was getting a divorce.
