I hear good things about lots of up-and-coming cities (Indianapolis IN, Mesa AZ, Madison WI to name a few), but I know nothing about those markets, the culture of those towns, the good and bad areas, or even how to find a good property manager over there. 

The thing is, based on our initial reading of the zoning laws we didnt think it would be possible at first but then we went to the permit office found out exactly what the limitations were and built around those limitations.

Another town up north I invest in is a fraction of the size and it has seen a lot more inventory coming available bit by bit through the years.

Applicant 2 Woman and 3 year old ,  loves the apartment,  period details etc,  two days later says she doesn't want to be in a building with lead (ok by why are you looking at something built in the 1800s?)

It’s masonry built with Stucco except the tables are wood.

There are definitely a lot of hot rental markets in the OKC area, but like anywhere else it really depends on the neighborhood and part of town. 

The property was built in 1984 and is in good condition interior and exterior.

However, I’m currently undecided on whether I should remodel the bathroom or add a fridge, washer, and dryer or all of the above.The property is in Tahoka a small town of about 2200 people located about a 30-minute drive from Lubbock.
