there seems to be alot of literature on how the HA calculates a T's rent, but not much on how a LL should set their rate rent according to the HA's published FMR and payment standards. thanks!

@Eddie T., please don't discourage Michael with your misinformation , the cost of setting up an LLC in NY is only $200. and the publication fee is whatever the newspapers that are assigned to you by the county clerk which is usually about $85 for 3 weeks .

That will get you word before you are committed on something. 

I completely agree about saving and using your money for future investments but shouldn't one at some want get to enjoy a little, because is t that the end game ?
