@Eddie T., please don't discourage Michael with your misinformation , the cost of setting up an LLC in NY is only $200. and the publication fee is whatever the newspapers that are assigned to you by the county clerk which is usually about $85 for 3 weeks .

Make sure you read the current t condo docs newer or updated docs have clauses that make ithe dues stay with the property even after foreclosure.. some of the older properties and condo docs that do not have the updates  you can fight ( which we do) BUT make sure your lawyer knows and fight these kinds of battles.
