@Chaim KernkrautUnless you are a real estate investor with more than 10 years of experience, a team of contractors, legal aides and RE agents who have done deals with you for the same amount of years, I would suggest you take a weekend trip to see the property at least once.

He then became the largest BK in the history of this state.Many of the folks syndicating today only started after the GFC.. someone Like Brian would be a guy who worked on both sides of that disastrous economic climate and as he stated to save his rep and client base he had to feed the deals.. those that did not feed them lost them. those that did suffer that pain came out the other end much stronger

I'd rather have the extra security on the property, however I don't feel the $89 at home depot are very good, so I'd recommend a stronger door as my units previous had the $89 doors and they look pretty unsafe as people can cut through them pretty easily.

I think you can, with some work, overcome the objections that you'll face with lenders by coming to them with an established property management company, and other team members already in your corner.This week I'm flying to a Mid-West market to meet with multifamily brokers and lenders, but I've already lined up two management companies that I like, and I have a 15 pg business plan for how I will approach the market and my criteria.And....I already own multifamily, but in Texas, not this market.
