Some states require you to be a real estate agent, I think some even require you to take property management courses.

I've been a licensed real estate broker in the past, have taken the appraisal courses, but didn't take the test, and now a licensed contractor and plumber, and soon to be electrician and hvac.

The real estate market can feel like a rollercoaster at times, especially with the current shifts we're all experiencing.
