It's great you have so much faith in the American medical system, however; they are the same ones that allowed the Ebola patient that stated he had been in Liberia, to be seen by medical staff, sit with unassuming patients, and then sent him home with "the flu", only to find out they had made a mistake.

Usually this means greater loss of money, time, and energy.I have spent hours cleaning, largely because I want to help my parents but also because I feel guilty that this happened during my watch....although probably impossible to prevent unless I was house sitting which I was not doing.Any advice about getting insurance involved early in the process of cleanup and drying?

Now that buyers must meet scores that are more stringent, these homes are priced $40k less than they were and are just sitting (boarded up) because no one that would live in these areas can qualify.
