For example, weekly tips like paying your child up to X dollars per year for job site work (ie: post construction cleaning) before they will get taxed on that income, which ultimately helps you, the business owner, by reducing your taxable earnings.Thanks! 

I just don't recommend it for out of area landlords relying on PM... only B or better for those scenarios at least in my mind..

This site is mostly dedicated to single family real estate however, you may be able to find some people in the landlord/ tenant forum that have PM experience for either hotels or multi family properties that could translate to your issues. 

You may find alternative forms by searching in Google and going to sites like Rocket Lawyer. 

Check the active and sold listings from these sites at least once a week.

A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.The site has quite a few tools that can be helpful for new members.

I have not posted on BP very much but I have been on the site daily for years.
