Do I simply use private money and purchase in my own name or do I go the syndication route and if so, do I need to create an LLC to hold the property?

You will find a lot of deals from owners/investors moving in and out of properties or simply have to many to handle at one time.

If you're talking about the act of finding a buyer to buy a house that you've simply assigned a purchase agreement to with a fee in there that's just brokering real estate.
