It's one thing to rant about dissatisfaction with terms of a contract (after you've willfully signed it), it's quite another to suggest egregious violence because of it.

The short answer is the financing depends on many factors; income/assets and credit of all partners or parties to the transaction on the buyer's side, operating income statement for the building, deferred maintenance, occupancy all come into play.Stephanie

It's definitely possible to operate only as a listing agent, that's how most of the big team leaders do so many transactions.

What you need to do is issue parking permits and make a sign , any car parked without a permit is towed .  

Contact a local tow company and see if they will put up one of their signs on your property.

I would rather consult my owner financier and ask if they would accept a transfer of the loan to another person but that probably means you will not be able to profit as you imagine for such a transaction.
