Online Auctions, wholesale purchase agreement?
Hi. I'm new to real estate in general. For online auctions, I was told that If I won the online bid, I do not have to be the person who is on the purchase agreement. They will send the purchase agreement by docusign but I don't have to be the one on it. Is there a way to sell or wholesale that purchase agreement? I believe (i'm not sure) i have to use the purchase agreement they provide. So basically my question is, can I win this online auction, but have another buyer on the purchase agreement sent to me (via email) ? How would I go forward with this? What documents do I need? They give up to 48 hours so sign the purchase agreement.
