In the beginning, I didn't even know what common terms of REI were. 

But I would have the access to the MA MLS also, that can be helpful in terms of wholesaling. 

Depends on your financial reserves, risk tolerance, and long-term investment strategy.

There was a short sale in my area that I was going to make an offer on but before I was able to it went under contract.

All of our assets have significant cashflow, large built in capital gains, great LTV position, Loans are at 7 year, 10 year and 20 year balloon terms.  

I have one like this and we furnished it and turned it into a mid term rental.

I'm a LTR guy... but it is a pretty accept fact that short term will give you more income.

This was in 2019 when I was funded so the terms were much more favorable than they are now.
