Are you analyzing the deal as a rental after you move out, or just while you are living there?

My issue is my credit took a hit during renovations and I had to evict someone that wasn't supposed to move in a property.

You can assign classes to each of your properties to break them out separately on on your reports. 

Respond politely and professionally to the review, and move on.

Moving forward, I would add an addendum to your lease to specifically address issues like this.
