As a tip, I like to add a list of sources/assumptions for the data I put in an analysis.

Just sharing what I am hearing from the most reputable source I have.

(A) providing paid sick leave to employees unable to work due to the direct effect of the COVID–19;(B) maintaining payroll to retain employees during business disruptions or substantial slowdowns;(C) meeting increased costs to obtain materials unavailable from the applicant’s original source due to interrupted supply chains;(D) making rent or mortgage payments; and(E) repaying obligations that cannot be met due to revenue losses."

I've been sorting through auction.com to source online auction deals.

Some banks are tapped out and needing to draw funds from outside sources.

They were able to source, close and are learning through a 43 unit MF that cost 7.3mm to buy and has a capex budget of $500k. 

Has anyone have a reliable source if Corona Virus Covad-19 can be spread through "Central" HVAC Chillers??
