The University of Windsor is quickly becoming a hotbed for international students. 

The auction process goes from unknown and terrifying to unimpressive and unremarkable very quickly once you get through your first one!

I tried to submit as clean of an offer as possible with a quick close (my lender already had all of my paystubs, W-2's, tax returns, proof of funds to close, etc.).
