It wouldn't make sense for him to permit me to sell it when he could let me default and sell the whole thing for a huge profit.Can anyone suggest a way I could pull this off and still keep half the land?

Also I heard that if you go to several banks your credit score is pulled several times and your FICO could decrease is this true?

Thanks to Google, I was able to pull up a cached copy of it, otherwise I'd have had to start from scratch, because I couldn't get there from here.Not complaining, but I don't really get it...I'm looking at my old one, and one of the new ones side by side, and don't see much if any difference.
