I will still serve the legal notice for them to Pay Rent or Quit at the appropriate time, but depending on how the move out plan is progressing may not need to take it to the attorney or to the courts.Evictions are a part of this business.

The latest trend for mixed-use developments are certainly a step in the right direction, but they seem to only happen with multi-million dollar projects approved on a case by case basis, so the amount of progress you will see this way will be limited due to the high friction.
