I was upfront on my current skill level and abilities and was offered a temp to hire position with the company with a 90 day upfront contract period.

Way to take action!!!!

It is a bit of work up front to get in the position Jenna and her husband are in now....getting financing, coming out to Indy to know the area, and lining up property managers, contractors, etc. 

Obviously, there are thousands of variables, permutations, and complexities, which are keeping me confused and reluctant to take any action at all. 

I’d like to be able to just see someone with experience in action.

Most people here require positive cash flow in order to do a deal.

What have you guys done if you’ve been in this position before?

And it doesn’t offer much in cash flow and actually I’m almost positive I’d be paying out of pocket every month.

Next time their actions could result in property damage.

I have mad a series of smart financial decisions over the last 10 years that have put me in a great position to go out on my own and take this on as a full time career.
