Personally, I wouldn't live somewhere where I have people living above me as I am sensitive to noise. 

Another option would be to use a platform like Thumbtack or Angie's List who have reviews and people on the ready for a variety of services.Best of luck!

I kept reminding myself, this is where most people stop, and this is why they don't win.Building a team around me helped a ton, I had a great lender and Agent, who knew what I was looking for and they helped me navigate this tricky waters.

I just want to see how it's worked for people who have actually gone through it. 

Provide lots of testimonials, show examples of flips you've done, have a bio about yourself and why you love helping people dispose of real estate, etc.

That does not mean people should fear offering any amenities with their STVR.

Along with the usual bush and grass jobs people would have us do house cleanouts, cleanups, and basic maintenance, so I know that I would not be totally jumping into unknown waters.

Verifying whether people are legitimate owners of real estate?  

I looked at land and on same street there are rentals renting for 200 less than people being advertised higher I'm like wow people are going to be taken advantage of. that was in October I'm sure it's even worse now
