Therefore, the passion that's in me derives to experience more quality time with my family which makes me go that much harder each day.

For those of you that have been in real estate for 5+ years, did you have an initial passion for real estate or was it developed over time?

Always had a passion for becoming an investor and I have some very large goals for this real estate venture.

I'm sure it's nothing you have not heard but I willBe focused on social media presence, active in community work that I am passionate about, low cost marketing (business cards, sign on my truck, etc..), looking into sponsoring local little league ( love baseball and I want to be a coach).

If I had access to this type of property I wouldn't even be on Bigger Pockets as farming is my passion but I think real estate is my vehicle to get to that destination.

This experience has instilled in me a deep sense of dedication and customer focus.However, my path has led me to discover a true passion for real estate and helping others achieve their financial goals and attain the American dream.
