I know from experience how painful this is, so please do yourself a favor and learn excel, QuickBooks, notion, freshbooks, anything that you can use consistently to get a precise view of your businesses income and expenses on at least a weekly basis, if not daily.- Know the market you are looking into better than anyone you are going to work with.

I figured even if I get the fourplex rn, managing it will be a pain rn until I get switch my job to something closer or finish my masters faster.

Toll would be a pain to pay everyday but taxes are so much cheaper in philly than in NJ.

Hello, if its not painfully obvious, this is my first post here.  

I’m guessing a lot of people are moving out due to covid unemployment so even if it’s not a typical time to be looking for a new place, there is plenty to choose from, however they are disappearing just as fast as they are appearing. 

I live 30 min from the rentals that my brother and I own (8 units total), which makes showings a huge pain.

Most student loans give you 10-20 years to pay off so I'd refinance into a lower rate and take your time paying it off (it's annoying, but not painful).

It was a pain to go to each unit every time there was an issue.
