I am not licensed in NJ, neither is my company, but numerous lenders that we broker through lend in NJ therefore my pricing engine is apparently showing rates for NJ.

As it currently stands, it uses the after-rehab rent values for the GSI in the denominator, but uses the before-rehab value of the home (purchase price) in the numerator?
