I, of course, am extremely biased about how talented he is, but I can say that the majority of his clients keep coming back to him and trust him as they know he is honest, fair and darn good at what he does.Due to our mutual love of homes and real estate, rentals are a natural fit.

The PG doesn't strip the limited liability nature of the LLC except as it applies to the lender's remedies if you default on the loan.

...and to answer a few specific questions, while it's entirely possible to work with a commercial lender to have this viewed as a portfolio, they're still going to require skin in the game from you, plus (typically) some proven track record of profitably managing a real estate investment business.

On Zillow I see houses that sit in the market for 1+, 2, or even 3 years and up, and the price reduction can be as much as 30%, with some Zestimate @ 50% of asking price.One agent told me this is the result of the 100%-discretionary nature of 2nd home area.
