Is it worth it to take on the extra work, existing or potentially new local ordinances, and seemingly new daily competition for a higher return or have I already missed the boat?

So creating individual space did'nt seem like an option.. unless I'm missing something.

My answer for my own question is: The reason I get out of bed every morning because if I don’t I could miss my opportunity that could lead me to be successful or could just lead me to meet a new person so I wanna see where each day takes me and use them to make me the man I want to be

I have been using my local realtor for contacts but it’s been hit or miss.

However, again I'm not sure how much those taxes would go up and I think there's other OPEX #'s missing.

Are we taking on more risk than we should be, or conversely, are we being so conservative (or, refusing to look at data, over our opinions) that we are missing out on superior returns?

I have evaluated a few properties and have not seen my missing home yet.
