So I'm definitely putting a vote onto your side of the coin, only because you could easily put in a heck of a lot of hassle to get something local and end up with minimal to no to negative returns on it once you have renters in.

A separate LLC for every property is the pitch made by people who incorporate LLCs for a living.

There are also tons of blogs following people who are getting out of debt, maximizing efficiency in their life, and building cash flow (by minimizing expenses).

We can all speculate as to how the conversation went, but, who doesn't look at their accountant and express that they would like to get a large tax refund or minimize their taxable liabilities?
