To prove my "theory" is that 6-7 yrs ago you weren't buying a deal a day when your phone was ringing daily or you would own every large apartment in Houston.

You're entire rant here, reminds me of when the workers at McDonalds were protesting, and this person came on saying they've been flipping burgers for 10+yrs, didn't want a promotion, just wanted to keep doing what they do, flipping burgers, BUT, they "needed" it to be "fair" pay, so they could buy a home, a new car, go on vacations, have the life they want, but, flipping burgers..... 

The owner has re-financed 2x within 13 yrs and the total for the home loan is $346,000.00Ocwen is currently calling a total amount of $219,297.02 to bring the loan to a current status.
